Bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and we just got around to trying it out. The place where you put the batteries is defective with one of the slots having 2 of those spring mechanisms and another slot having none. So the battery doesn’t fit in the slot with 2 and slides around in the slot without one, rendering it useless. I should have checked it out sooner when it was still within the return period. It’s essentially garbage at this point. Given that we were never able to use it, I can’t comment on how it performed. One star because it’s defective. If you purchase, check that it operates as it should before your return period expires.

This is a perfect gift idea for Christmas or a birthday. My son is eight years old and he has had a blast drawing all of the different pictures.

Bought this as a last minute gift and honestly it was well worth every penny. Seeing the sense of accomplishment on the little ones after drawing and coloring is awesome and for the price you can’t go wrong with it. The door to open it was a little difficult to open at first but it works great now

My nephew really enjoyed the item. But it stopped working within a month of him getting it.

I put batteries in it and the light just flashes. It won't stay on. I messed with it and can't get it to stop. Also the lens get stuck in it and you can't grab it with your fingers, there is just not enough room. I had to use tweezers to pull it out.
