Works well if you have something to hold it on the ear. Falls off easily. Hearing is fantastic though. I can make out all radio traffic with no issues. Since it’s winter my ear warmers will help hold it on my ear. Hoping to find something at this quality when it becomes summer time.

This 'listen only' radio earpiece is outstanding. It is well designed with quality materials and is very comfortable to wear. It is made of flexible rubber and is positioned outside your ear, adjacent to the ear canal and stays in place. Sound from the speaker is crystal clear and keeps communications confidential with the wearer. The over the ear hook is quickly attached for easy on / off - which is a great feature to prevent 'echo feedback' when transmitting on a separate car radio. The speaker is on a swivel which can be worn in either ear. Great price for under $20 (tax & shipping).Much better than the 'in the ear' earpieces which aren't comfortable, continually pop out of yoru ear, and the acoustic tubes require constant cleaning and replacement.

This product worked well for 4 months and then developed a short and I was no longer able to use it. I have small ears so wasn't very good at staying on my ear either.
