Very nice noise canceling with touch of fingers and the voice prompting 'be aware' when off. Super cool sliding finger up or down to turn down or up volume.Feel robust! Not too keen on attached case c charger as I think the dog might chew it like he did the other cord rendering this useless.... argh. But the case has ability to wirelessly chargeSecure fit when riding bumpy atv with no fear of falling out! Might buy a second color

I'm very happy with my new earbuds. They work very well and are comfortable to wear.

The style, fit, and security in my ear while exercising is fantastic. The battery life meets or exceeds what is stated by the manufacturer. The sound quality maybe slightly above average as compared to a typical earbud, but it’s nothing to write home about. That being said, these are earbuds after all, and will never be able to provide the same quality of sound as an over the ear headphone. When exercising it’s easy to accidentally bump the touch controls, which changes the music and while running, I have to either stop or change my tempo in order to accurately control the headphones, which is not ideal. My biggest complaint, and the reason I would return these for a different model if they were within the return window, is that They amplify wind noise, regardless of whether the noise canceling is on or off or whether I have the be aware mode on or off. It’s not just that I can hear the wind, but it truly amplify it in a manner that I can hardly hear the music and the sound of the noise is painful in the ear. I’m going to try to reach out to the manufacturer to see if there’s anything to be done but unfortunately, I’m outside the return window by a month and will likely just stop using these because of the wind issue. If you’re using them indoors primarily, I’m sure you’ll be more than happy with these Although the lower priced option without the touch controls may be a better option if you tend to move your hands near your ears or wipe your hair out of your face often while exercising because you’ll likely bump the controls accidentally.

These are my second pair in 5-6 years; at 74 years old, I want to listen to music and podcasts while working outside. Sound quality is not as good as previous pair - more "tinny" sounding despite the equalizer option with the JLab app. Wearing "ear muff" noise protection improves the sound (as one would expect). Volume control slider on the left bud is difficult to control - I prefer the prior "tap" left side to decrease and right side to increase sound. The buds are comfortable and the battery life is very good. Connectivity with podcasts on my iPhone is erratic, something the prior pair did not have. Connectivity while playing iPhone library is very good.The connectivity issue is a real pain, thus the 3 star rating.

Ear buds were comfortable and controls were clear and understandable. Reduced all noise on a flight to levels to enjoy music and tune out the plane and all the fellow travelers.

Nothing about these is better than the previous versions. Harder to open charging case, wrap around support so big not intended for sports with sunglasses, and more likely to hit a wrong control than slide for volume
