The watch is awesome! I've had an earlier model, the KE3, for over a year. (I thought my KE3 bit the dust, but it turned out the charger connector was just messed up). The KE5, if for no other reason, is vastly improved for this: The KE5 has a designated button for the flashlight feature whereas the KE3 doesn't. The KE3 requires opening a flashlight app, which is cumbersome, but on this watch, simply hold the light button down and 'Voila!"As a result of the designated "light" button, the flashlight feature is far more functional and I find myself using it almost daily.There are many other reasons I love this watch:1) The water resistant feature and has enabled me to wear it in the ocean, in the pool, and in the shower.2) Super long battery life and quick charging. My KE5 can last well over a week if Bluetooth is disabled. It also charges very quickly.3) Easy to use interface. I haven't owned or used an Apple or Samsung watch, but the screen and icons work well and people seem to hear me clearly when I answer calls.4) Durability. I've worn the watch in pretty rough conditions doing various carpentry projects and exposed it to its fair share of abuse and it keeps holding up.It's fantastic for the price point.

It has trouble with updating the weather regularly. Sometimes it requires me opening the app and toggling that feature off and on. Otherwise it’s a good watch

Absolutely worth every penny! I love that it came with two extra bands; setup was easy, and the battery lasts a very long time.

I purchased this piece in September 2024, and it worked very nicely for about 6 weeks. At that time, it would no longer pair with my iPhone, and a very noticeable vertical line appeared on the screen (in pic). I emailed the company about the issue, and have heard nothing about a replacement or repair. I hate leaving a poor review, because the watch is very nice, and has good features. But, customer service is important, as well as functionality.

It's a good watch for the price but it lacks some funtions, the call ringtone can not be changed and no notification sound, i don't know if that's normal or not, contacted the seller but never got an answer, other wise it's a good watch.Update: the seller aswered but the issue couldn't be fixed

This thing is great, especially for the price. Does everything my wife's Apple watch does except send texts and connect to wifi, and I don't care about that. Call quality on the watch is good, battery life is 2 weeks or more, flashlight is way more useful than I thought it would be. Step counter doesn't count the same as my Samsung phone, but it's withing a couple hundred steps over a half mile distance, and who knows which one is actually right. Would definitely buy this watch again!
