Try as I might, I can't get the seat to secure as well as it should. After tightening to instructions, it still wants to move side to side a bit, maybe an inch. The wife doesn't like that, but otherwise it works just fine and she loves the heated water and seat, also the air drying feature. The loose mount is the only reason for the 4 star rating.
