This battery has is fairly lightweight and balanced to allow for good control. The ring shaped switch adds some extra convenience. The connection is pretty solid at the rca connector so it stays on well.

purchased this to give running wireless a try (absolutely love wireless now). First off if you run a grip that's larger that 32mm youll be disappointed since the ring switch has difficulty fitting that diameter even. secondly the battery though wonderfully light weight feels cheap and of poor quality. it holds charge initially but very quickly you'll find that it's dying faster and faster with each charge. The switch itself stopped functioning completely after ~3 days in which was forced to rely upon the battery packs built in switch to turn on and off. prior to switch failure, due to limited stretchiness the positioning of the ring in a logical and ergonomic spot is non-existent and you find that no matter what you try it always feels awkward when attempting to switch on or off. it's a cool novelty that I can see the benefits in having but only if you use small diameter grips and don't mind the switch dying out in matter of days.

This is a pretty nice battery for my machine and I really like the way it feels while using it, it has a really good weight to it while still supplying enough power. It generally lasts me a long time 4 to 5 hours, but usually don't use it that much for my personal preference, it's a little too long to keep good control of my fingers, I'm still learning.Overall a nice buy and great to have around just in case you need it.
