The item is not the correct length. The measurements include the 2 straps, the heating pad is only 22" & with straps 32". Disappointed in the length of the actual heating area. I wish it was longer but I love the quality & the oder is great!!

Read all product instructions when you get this. I read a lot of reviews when I purchased and feel they were improperly used to have such bad results. The instructions explain exactly how to heat and care for the heat bag to keep it lasting. It also explains the dampness on the 1st heat and the smell of the clay beads as an earthy smell. I didn't think it smelled any more than a clay mask does the heat is relaxing not to hot I did 30s intravals for about a min 30 seconds and that was perfact ever 30 I turned it.
