Small but effective.
The BuggyBands Mosquito Repellent Bracelets, work for the pesky mosquitoes that hang around on my deck. The only problem is they are not easy to put on. You need to have help to get them fastened. The four-piece set comes in red, green black and my favorite purple. They would be great to use when camping. If you want an alternative to bug spray, give these a try.

They seem to work!
I wore one of these bands when spending all day floating down the Colorado river with a friend. (I'd like to say we were fishing, but neither of us took home anything except a mild sunburn.) Summertime on most rivers seems to be an open invitation for mosquitos, but I didn't experience any bites at all. I didn't have any difficulty getting the band on, and the fact that you don't have to do anything else is a big win. I hate the sprays and lotions. This is so easy in comparison - they're small, flat, portable, waterproof, reusable, and the smell is manageable. I don't know how many times you can reuse them, but they also come with a resealable packaging. Well worth the ~$7 each.

They Work, But the Scent Is Very Strong
I was skeptical about the BuggyBands Mosquito Repellent Bracelets before I tried them, but I have to admit I was wrong. These things do work. It is as easy as putting them on your wrists and being mosquito free. I like that they use natural scents instead of chemicals; I am always worried what the chemical bug repellants might do to me.As I said, while wearing these, it’s almost like the mosquitos don’t exist; I can walk around outside without having to worry. However, there is one problem: the mosquito bracelets have a very strong smell. It is so strong that I can’t stand to wear one for very long. My wife, on the other hand, does not mind the smell. The smell is somewhat similar to citronella, but more noxious. Anyone considering the BuggyBands Mosquito Repellent Bracelets should keep in mind the strong scent; anyone sensitive to similar smells may not want to use the bracelets. Even though I don’t like the smell, I give these mosquito bracelets five stars because they do work and not everyone objects to the smell.
