Good gummy form
Packaged nicely with good locked in freshness and an easy also convenient method to have thanks to its soft texture making it easy to chew and digest.I am pleased that these are easy to take daily and there is no overpowering after taste as some iron is. It does have a good intensity nonetheless and have definitely has noticeable improvements.Very happy to recommend all in all for quality and value

Okay flavour
I got these for my daughter who doesn't like red meat so I'm not sure how much iron she's getting from other sources. The gummies are okay, she doesn't complain that they taste of iron. The flavour is fruity. The recommendation is one a day for children but I reduced to 2 a week as it was causing her a bit of constipation. No other side effects have occurred and they are good for my oeace of mind.
