goot this for my wife, says she wished it came with a starter pack of paraffin wax, but no worries she got some local.. she said it heats up fairly fast and felt as if she had been at the spa.. very easy to understand, controls are straight forward.. she said she would definitely buy this product again..!!! Highly Recommend..!

Got this more economical wax machine and it works well, the instructions are so weird but on your own you will get it. Its roomy. The 3 starts are because sometimes even though it says the right temp for dipping it can get too hot but you can turn it down. the worst part which is still not too bad is the LID WARPED UP due to the heat, so maybe dont cover it when in use if you want a smooth shut. Ive had it about 3 months, if it last a year i will return and 5 star this guy.

The cover to the wax machine was warped and falls into the hot wax. The cover just doesn't fit the machine and wax ends up all over the cover. Just a little disappointing.

If you enjoy paraffin wax treatment for your hands or feet, this is a nice warmer. It's inexpensive and doesn't have high-power, so it does take a long time to melt all the wax down for usage, but if you have time to set it and forget it, you'll be in for a nice, luxurious and therapeutic experience once your wax melts. Also worth knowing? regardless of the size of your hands or feet you should be able to use this -- I wear a men's size 12 and my foot fit in this basin.

First off...this is simply a bare bones Paraffin Wax Machine. It comes in box with a cord, lid & mini instructions only. NO STARTER WAX! You need to purchase the wax seperately. Didn't know that!My only review of this product is that it has a lid that doesn't fit properly & I'm not sure how it will effect keeping the heat in to melt wax. I don't dare turn it on empty, so I'll wait till the wax I purchased today, comes in.I admit my feet could use this & I'll save money not having it done at my wellness center, if it all works out. Now I wait for the wax. Stay tune.

This product heats up quickly enough and is a good size for my hands. I would prefer it if it were a little bigger so I could do both feet at one time. Also, the lid simply won't stay on which for at home use when you do not have a dedicated space, is a problem.

I like that I can set the warmer to a specific temperature manually (86°-176°F) to heat up right away or I can choose to use Reservation Mode which heats the wax up to 127°F automatically after a certain amount of time, like a delayed start up to 99 hours. I feel like the warmer is a good size for hands but a little small for feet. I wear a women's US size 8 and I feel like my feet are probably the largest size that could comfortably fit in this warmer. The inner bowl is 10.5"x5.75" and 2.5" deep. My biggest complaint is that the lid is a little finicky. It only seems to go on in one direction and even then, it doesn't sit flush. It's a little lopsided. I worry that the gaps will allow heat to escape and make it take longer to melt the wax. That being said, it gets to temperature fairly quickly and does an adequate job melting wax. It definitely seems to heat from the center so the wax at edges takes longer to melt or maybe that's because of the lid issue. I like that this paraffin warmer isn't bulky or heavy. It's easy to clean and store. Overall I'm satisfied with it but I feel like it could use some improvements to the lid and heating.
