Issues with the parts
The rail is good and solid, it’s holding a lot of clothes and not wobbling. However there were issues with some of the parts: two of the rods had the holes drilled in the wrong place and there was an issue with one of the rails and I had to sand it down to get it to fit.The seller’s email address given in the instructions does not work and you can’t contact them through Amazon.

Faulty and impossible return service
The screws would not fit in the holes, so it could not be assembled. The only return option is UPS pick up between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday with no specific timeslot or prior call and someone having to be home when it's collected. It is not acceptable to only provide this option for return of a faulty item, which means you have to take a day off work to be at home for a day!!!
