Nice Product easy to Assemble - One piece cracked
The product is very functional for its intended purpose and looks very nice. ITs decently sturdy. I did have a problem with one of the boards splitting so I’m trying to get the customer service number so Ali could get a replacement piece.

AWFUL
I purchased this for my dad for Christmas. I put things together ALL THE TIME and I can’t get this! First off, before I even attempted to put this together, the pieces have multiple scratches, split wood and a piece broken off. I figured I might as well put it together to show him what it is and already put in for a replacement.I got the first two bottom pieces in no problem. The best pieces won’t go in at all! I just turn and turn and turn the screws and when you think they are in, the piece pulls right out. I went to the piece of wood and put my screw into it since the pre-drilled holes are too small. I tried again to put the side pieces on, but no. It’s impossible. The picture only instructions say to watch the video for more assembly details. I did and the girl uses a battery operated screwdriver. They gave us some tiny Allen wrench/screwdriver tool, but I got my own screwdriver. Still no luck. I honestly think the screws they give you are way too small for this, but I’m beyond frustrated. At this point I don’t know if I should get the replacement if I can’t do this simple assembly with the pieces they provide.
