Very, very poor quality. Disappointing customer service. Buyer Beware
I have used a number of Peak Design products over the last few years and found everything to be of good quality. This case started to split after 4 months on the sides where the side panels joins the base. I have complained to Amazon and was advised to contact Peak Design. After sending an email I have heard nothing back. Very poor customer service matched by a very poor product. Cannot recommend this product which is a shame as we waited for it to be available in the UK for so long.UPDATE. Finally had a response and if I want to return the item and get a refund I have to pay to ship it back the USA at my cost........BUYER BEWARE This is a faulty item that from my experience will not last and is not supported by the seller in the UK if it goes wrong. So disappointed in Peak Design Customer support.
