Not what the picture or description says
The toppers are way smaller than the picture looks. As the toppers have a spike on them to stand up. In the picture the toppers look round and the with of a cupcake but they are not, the actual size is 4cm without the spike but they will no way look like the picture ontop of a cupcake. I would not recommend
