The company is based out of Italy. On outside box it says it was made in P.R.C.. It has a registered trademark in Europe, USA, Latin America and other countries. They have a USA office in Miami, Fla. Video on there website says lifetime warranty no questions ask.

Q: Will this scope work on black powder inline rifle?

Yes, I have it mounted on 2 muzzleloaders and a 30-06.

Q: Is the finish on this silver like the picture or is it black?

I have notified Amazon of the issue but the scope is actually black not silver.
