Definitely changes the suction on the machine! I have the spectra S2, had it for years, had a second child and needed new parts for it. Looked around, Target has kits for $33 which include the flange and bottle but didn't need all that plus it was only for one side, needed both side parts. This is an amazing price for what I needed changed and didn't get unnecessary parts. Definitely recommend.

These work just as well as spectra parts, and I'm glad to have multiple duck bill valves so I don't have to wash every use, they "go bad" pretty quickly if you're checking the seal

When my wife start using the Spectra, the first replacement set of parts we bought were from Maymom. They worked perfectly. I assumed most of the non-OEM parts off Amazon would work just as well, so I started evaluating them (with the help of my wife, of course) as part of a Vine reviewer. This is when we realized not all of these similarly-looking replacement parts work well. In fact, some of them worked so poorly that they didn't provide enough suction and caused my wife to have a plugged duct. As a result, she has stopped evaluating other non-OEM Spectra parts and only sticks to what she knows works. The Maymom brand has worked flawlessly each time.The first hint that the product is good is to look directly down at the duckbills. The "lips" of the duckbills should be shut at its resting position. There are some third-party duckbills that have slight opening. The duckbills must be closed in order for the Spectra to create the necessary suction, so you'll lose suction power if the duckbills remain open.The second is to make sure you get the same suction power using the replacement diaphragms and duckbills. If you realize you're getting less milk or you too turn up the suction power to get the same amount of milk, then there's something wrong with the replacement parts.These replacement parts from Maymom work just like the Spectra OEM ones. My wife uses them interchangeably with the Spectra parts and it has never failed.

These fit just fine, however the tubes constantly pop off the backflow protector, and I have to trim them weekly because they peel apart. The backflow protector also randomly comes apart on its own or falls out of the flanges.
