We purchased this cup for our 10-month-old to introduce a sippy cup for water. We loved that it was stainless steel instead of plastic. However, after just one accidental drop from the high chair, the lid cracked—and unfortunately, there are no replacement parts available. It's disappointing because we truly appreciated the stainless steel design, but sadly, we only got to use it once. This cup does not seem durable enough for long-term use with a toddler.

Purchased this to wrap a design around it. The vinyl adhered to the bottle great. The bottle is nicely insulated. The only problem I have with this product is the first time used, my nephew dropped it and the handle and cap ring broke. I can't find a replacement for just the handle and cap. How can I just purchase replacement parts for this item?
