Terrific lock system
Easy to install. Great buy. Only downfall is they should put the gateway g2 as a package deal with lock system because u cannot control from phone without g2 gateway. Great buy tho. Very satisfied

The media could not be loaded. Â Allows remote control of your WiFi devices that can be used for Alexa for that particular brand!

Gateway won't connect no matter what I try
I can NOT get this thing to connect, no matter what I do. I switched my home Wi-Fi router to 2.4g from 5.0, moved the damn router literally right next to the lock and gateway (who keeps their router by the front door anyway) and it still won't connect. Every google search gives me the same results, the reason I bought the lock in the first place was to be able to operate the lock when I'm not home, but without the gateway, it's not much use.

Really met my expectations.
I have to say that took me more than 20 minutes to have the device connected to my 2.4Hz WIFI. I still don't know how I got it done because I tried everything. I finally got the gateway working. The DDlock app guide you very well. Every day, at least one time I get notification saying that the gateway is offline and needs attention. But get back to normal by itself. I have the gateway seat next to my WIFI, so still don't know what is happening. That is why I am giving 8/10.
