I purchased the heaterr from Amazon to replace one that I currently had that was twice as expensive but putting out very little heat, I was a bit apprehensive when the package arrived and I saw how small the heater was but once I turned it on I was very impressed how quickly he was available there is no lag time as compared to my previous heater and within a few minutes my 14x18 room was nice and toasty I highly recommend for someone who's trying to heat a small area that they give this heater a serious consideration. As far as operating noise it's at a very low decibel I have included a picture of one of my kitties sitting next to it and this kitty is usually very squeamish about hanging around anything that makes excessive or disturbing noises. The controls on top of the heater are very tactile so it doesn't take any pressure to activate them very responsive no issues with that panel and the remote that comes with it is rather small and somewhat easy to lose so you have to keep track of it but it's very functional has all the adjustments necessary to adjust your heater to obtain your comfortable level

*update 7/18/24*I lowered the rating to 1 star. The water is even more yellow and there is gunk floating in it now. Doesn’t cool the room off AT ALL and actually makes it more humid. It’s too later to return it, so we are stuck with it, but after summer is over it’s going straight into the trash.*update 7/14/24*The water is yellow in the little plastic tub where you fill it with water. And I see now way to be able to remove the tub to clean it. It’s kinda gross actually.This is essentially a rectangular fan. Yes, it comes with ice packs, but they do nothing to cool off a room.I got this for the room my daughter’s computer in since the air in our house is garbage. She can feel the air hitting her, from the fun function, but the room never cools off.The wheels don’t turn very well either once you put the water in it. But we have a laminate wood floor so that doesn’t affect anything too much.The water lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. I fill it once in the morning and once in the early evening.The remote works great but only if it’s pointing directly at the unit.

UPDATED REVIEW: Original item received was not working correctly, couldn’t adjust temperature, so it was returned for full refund without any issues or challenges. A number of months later the company contacted me directly offering to send another unit free of charge, allowing me to keep the refund previously issued. How often dies this happen? Received the new unit in about a week & it works perfectly. It’s a great size, attractive appearance, light weigh, easily transportable, quiet, and has the ability to put out a lot of heat. The best part about this great little heater is the incredible customer service & company supporting & believing in their product. Thank you for the second chance to use, review & love this little heater!

1. If you think your going to sit it 3 feet away and feel it think again... only your upper body will feel the expanding heat if your 3 feet away but not lower part2. The cord is short maybe 5 feet3. On high.30 mins the plug gets hot but thats what a cheap plug does best.4. Does put out some heat but.....5. This is for heating a small room like a bathroom.... to heat 100 sq feet you better watch that plug....6. Remote is nice to haveI really got for bathroom so works for me

I think that this is a really nice little heater. Its nice looking, feels quality, has good heat output. It does everything it claims it will.However, it has two things that made me decide to return for another option.- I wanted a heater that I could set to a temperature and just leave on almost always and feel good about safety/power consumption. This unit does track the temperature, but instead of shutting off when its warm enough, it switches to fan only mode. This seems like a great option for people who want it always on (for constant noise or whatever) but for me I feel like I'm wasting power and would rather it just shut off. I also felt like the temperature fluctuated more than id like without a response from the heater.- The second turnoff is the remote. I almost always had to press a button multiple times before it would respond. This could be low battery but I only used it for about two weeks with the battery it came with. Also, the remote is a standard slim remote in off-white. I personally feel like it should be black to match the heater (and everything else I own) but thats a small thing.My only other small complaint is the LED panel is hard to see from far away because it is on top of the unit instead of on the front.Overall, a great working and nice looking heater - but had fatal issues with how I wanted to use it so Im returning for another option.

Chose this compact space heater based on reading reviews and comparing features to similar products. I found the efficiency of the heater to be perfect for smaller to medium spaces such as bedroom or personal office spaces. I really liked that the mechanism is very quiet in the heat modes, especially in LO heat. The unit has a modern design and has a pretty small footprint, so it doesn't impose itself as an elephant in the room. The heat range is more than adequate, it takes only seconds to feel the heat radiating and can make a room comfortable in just minutes. Not so sure the fan only mode would make a huge difference in a warm room, but I haven't used it for that purpose yet and frankly only wanted this for its heating capability. Totally satisfied so far
