I cannot recommend Legendairy Milk’s Liquid + Cash Cow lactation supplement enough! I increase my supply in 2 days but kept taking fora few more days. Might be a fluke but i felt like it started to make my supply go back down by around day 6. Id say great for initial boost but then back off and let your body do the rest body armour lyte,oatmeal and brewers yeast in home made cookies has kept me in good supply but these are great for the random dips.

These were okay. I have mixed feelings. These were both effective and not effective. They increased the amount of hindmilk I made but not the actual volume I was producing. Increasing the amount of hindmilk I produced was helpful for my nicu baby, but if you're looking for quantity of milk I don't believe this will make a difference. However quality over quantity. These don't taste terrible, however I would take them with water so I never tasted them very much. They didn't upset my stomach very much and I'm not convinced that they contributed to my son's stomach issues as he was born with them. They didn't make a difference in pain with breastfeeding. My biggest issue with these are the price. They are not a bad option however they are very costly for the amount you get and the amount of capsules it is recommended to take a day! These will definitely break the bank.
