HeatShield, The Original Windshield Sun Shade, Custom-Fit for Hummer H2 SUV 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 Silver Series

There were quite a few similar sun shades by other sellers/brands advertised anywhere from $5 to $20 less than this Heatshield brand shade (ebay & amazon both), but the Heatshield listing was the only one that showed an actual photo of their product inside a Hummer H2, all the rest showed the sun shades in various other vehicles such as a sedan, sports car or smaller SUV. I paid a bit more for the Heatshield brand but felt confident I'd be happy with the quality and fitment, since their listing showed the actual product in the actual vehicle advertised. I've had the sun shade a little over a month now, and so far, I'm thrilled with this product! It is well made from heavy duty material, and fits perfect, almost too perfect! There are NO gaps anywhere, except around the rearview mirror cutout, which is small. I actually have to work a bit to get the shade tucked into the corners of the windshield and behind the mirror, but I don't mind because once installed, it fits so snug I don't even have to drop the visors to hold it in place. For the few weeks before snow hit, we still had 70-80 degree fall days and this shade kept the (black) H2 much cooler inside than my other dark truck with one of those twist out nylon shades. I can't wait til next summer when it's 100 degrees so I can see how effective this shade is at heat control! For now though, I can't say enough about this Heatshield brand shade. To me, it's well worth the extra few bucks over the competitors because of how well it fits in the vehicle and how accurate and thorough the seller's listing is. I'm curious to see how long this shade holds up with normal use and extreme temperatures (Northern NV /Lake Tahoe CA area). Hopefully this review will help others with their purchase decision, and I hope the pictures I shared will show just how well this shade fits in the truck! (Mine is a 2007 but the shade should fit them all the same!)

Okay at first the shade is super stiff and felt odd and like I had to "force" it into the windshield but OMGosh!!!! I am in LOVE with this shade. Big Blue - that's my H2's name - well I've tried every kind of sunshade without luck - the other shades bow inward and allow tons of light/sun - thus creating heat inside Big Blue. Not this shade!!! It blocks out the sun, fits snuggly into the window. We travel a lot in Big Blue and we sleep in Big Blue (especially now with COVID). This shade is providing us with privacy so when we are at a rest stop - not everyone can see or decide to take a look-see in while we are sleeping!! Highly, highly recommend this shade if you have an H2 - give it a try and you'll thank me for the thumbs up on this Sunshade!!

It fits perfectly, I like how it covers all the sun. I was worried that it would be to big but it rolls up nicely. I would definitely buy another one

Oh yes finally found a sun shade for my 2007 Hummer H2. There are only couple I found that fits right made just for the Hummer H2. There is no sun light that comes through it fits that tight. Love it recommend to a friend yes. Thanks. Steve

Fits perfectly on 05 Hummer H2, quality material and sturdy, helps to keep temperature down 10 degrees or more!

Perfect - only small issue is it’s a bit wide so not a custom fit but overall excellent quality. Should last years.

Fairly easy to place and put away. Great fit. In Florida especially it’s very helpful to block the sun out.
