Evans skins and Zildjian drumsticks
For me these drum skins give me more control over the sound I want to create on the kit. They give an incredible tone,volume and attack when I need it and they are easy to keep in tune....I use Zildjian sticks because they have real quality as a product.It's always a pleasure to get a new box of sticks delivered,reminds me of when I started playing,I get excited,sad maybe but true.Woody.

this is a good quality drum head that has a nice warm tone
The first time I ordered this drum head it didn't turn up, must have got lost in the post. When I contacted amazon they sent out a new one straight away, this is a good quality drum head that has a nice warm tone.

Industry standard
Use these on all my wooden snares now, nice open bright sound with a sharp attack. I use one piece of moongel to lessen the ring but other than that they sound perfect!

This is what I use as a resonant with a coated G2 batter on vintage Gretsch toms - my sort of sound.
