These in the new lithium batteries have rejuvenate my old tools. The old Nike batteries just weren’t worth renewing but by upgrading of the lithium is using this adapter my tools have got a new lease of life.

Makes the old dewalt nicad tools useable again. Make sure not to run the battery to low, when the tool gets weak stop, and go charge the battery. Don't leave the batteries in the adaptor in storage to avoid residual drain from the usb. These fit well and are the best I've used outside of the official dewalt one, for the price it's a no brainier if it even gets one old tool up and running again.

These adapters have saved me having to replace most of my DeWalt 18v tools before they wear out. As most of my cordless tools are DeWalt, this made a big difference. They also allow me to buy higher capacity 18v Lithium-Ion batteries to get longer run times without a weight penalty over older NiCd or NiMH batteries.They are compact, the clips lock in well, and they are comfortable to use. Definitely recommended.

Works a treat brought a couple of my old drills back to life using this attachment

Doesn’t fit great, fallen out a few times.Think I’ll end up getting the fewer drill :/
