Bona Hard Surface Floor Cleaning Starter Kit, includes Mop, Machine Washable Mop Pad and Bona Hard Surface Floor Cleaner Liquid 1 Litre

We fitted a new kitchen LVT flooring a couple of years ago, parts of the pattern being white. With two dogs in the house, that may not have been the best decision as the dirt shows easily and the more ingrained stains could only be removed by getting down on hands and knees, which is not ideal at my tender age... well that was until I was looking around for an alternative and came across this company. I decided on this style of mop as the ones with the built in reservoir had many reviews about the reservoir failing quite quickly. On first use, I was immediately impressed with this cleaning method. Just spray a section of floor and mop away - no water, no rinsing - couldn't be easier. And those tougher doggie stains all disappeared - some needed the cleaning product sprayed on again and left for a few seconds, but away they went! I have also purchased a separate product - the hard floor surface cleaner - which puts a layer of polish on the floor and a lovely shine. So, all in all, I am very impressed with this company. One thing worthy of adding - the photograph on the listing of the mop suggests the handle is telescopic, and this was necessary for me as the cupboard I store these items in is not as tall as some. The handle is not telescopic, but comes in sections which are clipped together with those buttons that you push in, slide on and they release and pop out on the shaft a few cms down, so it really isn't an issue. I can highly recommend this company.

Looks easy to use hope it lives up to all the hype

I previously had a Bona mop with a built-in cleaner spray bottle, but it developed a well-known fault. So, I bought this Bona mop with the separate spray bottle. The mop head is microfibre and detaches easily to be washed in the washing machine. You can easily buy additional microfibre mop heads to keep ready for use when one is in the wash/drying. The Bona spray is very good and cleans our tiles and laminate flooring well with no sticky residue, but lovely and clean. I spray the floor area and then use the mop.

Amazing product, I had no idea I might have been damaging our floors when I was cleaning - we have dogs, so muddy footprints etc, a quick hoover, and then this and our floors look like they're coming back to life! I'm not sure the microfibre mop is up to cleaning the floors properly though, out of curiosity I went over a tile with a cloth on my hands and knees and a lot of dirt remained, so maybe clean the floors first with a damp mop, and then this? otherwise you'll be washing the mop head a lot.

This mop is a nice quality feel to it. The handle is made of metal and the plastic base is strong and sturdy. Way better than the cheap feeling ones you'd buy in the high street shops.The cleaning pad is attached to the base with velcro. It stays in places and picks up the dirt well.The cleaning spray is easy to use and didn't leave any streaks after the (laminate) floor dried.Although this kit it a bit on the pricey side, id still recommend this product as it's a well made mop and the cleaning spray is a quality product and is easy to use.Puts a little joy back into cleaning the floors.

I only purchased this as the other, self squirting mop that we had, was rubbish.This simpler more basic mop is superior to the more pricey option (I think this one is still pricey) because there is less to go wrong & it’s less bulky (less ugly & visible).
