Swanson Double-Strength Apple Cider Vinegar 200 Milligrams 120 Tabs

I have been using a weight loss stack of this brand of african mango (super african mango 1200), green tea phytosomes (green select/natural factors), apple cider vinegar tabs (swansons), konjac root-glucomanan (swanson), from the beginning end of July, 2011...so about two months. I am a natural sceptic, so the main reason why i went in for this stack was because of the reserach i read, but even more importantly, because they are all natural products.the results have been most, most heartening to say the least. I have lost about 6 lbs, but am more muscular,so actual fat loss is probably more. I must add that i have been a regular runner for a while now, so am quite fit. But even so, with my fondness for white wine, the stomach never quite flattened out.since being on this stack, my abs have now become very visible, and this is without any ab exercises. tummy is nice and flat, and the increased definition is looking very good!even more dramatic is my wife's case: she has lost about 10lbs on this stack, with zero exercise.the combo does reduce appetite, yu dont snack that often. i havde also added 30 gms of protein via a whey drink first thing in the morning, and this is adding to the sharpness. I am proably just about 7-8 lbs over my ideal weight of 185 lbs...i am 6 ft and well muscled, and this stack is helping enormously in getting the lean, defined look.wholeheartily recommend this product and the others mentioned.

These Apple Cider Vinegar tablets had a lot of potential. From what I heard, ACV could do a lot to help your body. After taking them for a month, I found that my energy levels increased and I felt much better in general. But in specific, I hadn't noticed anything drastic happening. Just an overall boost in how I was feeling. But I was hoping for a little more help with my skin and appetite, which I did not receive.

I was pleasantly surprised that the Swanson ACV tablets actually work as well as drinking the ACV in my water. I'll take 2-4 tablets with meals and it has helped me lose weight and eliminate regularly with hardly any IBS symptoms. I don't mind drinking ACV but the tablets are a good alternative for people who do(like my DD). The price is right. I'll continue to order this every month.

Incredible..i take 1 tablet 2x a day and havent got 1 uti infection sine i started 2months ago. I averaged once a month. Peeing like crazy is my symptom. Let me also say that when i was waiting for delivery of these, i had an infection going on and took 3 tbs of white vinegar i had in my cabinet and my peeing subsided so quickly. Vinegar is great for treating and preventing uti infections.

does not work for weight control for me, but if my ears start to fill from eating dairy, this definitely gets rid of that. Use this regularly for stomach issues too.

I gave this product 1 star simply because they had this product in stock, however, Its been over 2 weeks and I have yet to recieve my order in the mail. Ive learned my lesson with the Swanson company. Never again!

Did not notice any effect whatsoever.
