Missing/Wrong Parts Sent
Paper instruction guide could have been written by a kindergartner. Video instructions shows how to put together the bike with different parts than what I received. Currently, cannot put the front tier on due to missing the parts that are being used in the video. I will be requesting a refund!Save your time and money and avoid this foreign crap!

New Battery
I bought this bicycle and I had an issue with one of the batteries that come with the bike it was marking that it was charged but it didn’t work. I did a video showings them that it didn’t work and only one was working. I made the report with the seller sending the video of the battery that wasn’t working and they attempted sending me a new replacement battery. For that they solved the issue. And for that I’m very happy and any issue they will solve it. I highly recommend them.

Too many problems
Crank went out , 2 weeks in tired had popped and hit rim 3 times in 2 months and does a creeping sound when you riding on it

Speed is not correct.
I have had the bike for a week now. Been great until today where it's stuck on 15 miles per hour. It was going 30. I'm at the settings. Went to p8 and now I'm on the c screen and you have to enter a 4 digit number. I don't know what's next[edit] the seller did a great job helping me. Only issue I had was a dent in the frame. And I believe that was done from shipping cause bo. Was damaged. Other than that bike is great. Ty

Good ebike
It's heavy to bring up a flight of stairs. Netherless 3 flights like me....lol Recommend for home owner where you can put in a garage. Other wise recommend it's a good bike
