I use these mostly for warming up pizza. I heat them up first and then put the pizza slices on. I HAD toaster oven sized pizza stone and accidentally dropping about 6 inches to my counter after I washed the and it shattered.I seriously doubt it cast iron will shatter ! These both fit in my toaster oven. The included handle and wooden "hot pads" complete a sweet deal.

perfect size for my go to NY Strip steaks! Use these to prevent charring in very hot grills. My pizza oven gets to 700 degrees and my small portable grill gets to 600 degrees. Once hot I do 2 minutes per side to sear then turn heat down to 400 degrees for another 5 minutes for perfect medium rare finish.

Unfortunately the package I received the wooden plates were super dusty and one plate was broken but the cast iron was acceptable

The media could not be loaded. Wooden plate had a crack but the cast iron part was of good quality. I should have read the size as I wanted it to be a little bit bigger

These are much better then the aluminum plates I had. I treated them as new cast iron. Before use I seasoned them by oiling them and putting them in the oven. When I did use them they cleaned up very well. I am very happy with these plates.

Oh my word. For the price these things are way too small for anything. Waste of my money and they were to be a Christmas gift. Guess now I have to purchase something else. Don’t buy and it’s poor quality too

Yes is fun to have a sizzling steak on this plate but I now use it every day no matter the meal. Throw it on a burner up to 300 degrees and pile on the food. Also good that its not so big so I eat less.

Not sure what others mean about "color coming off" - I think that must mean they don't know how to use cast iron, if they did, wouldn't be an issue. Good product at a good price.
