We bought this for my daughter’s ninth birthday party as our team was on cloud nine. It is made of excellent quality material. It is a soft cloth. You can hang it up very easily. It comes down very easily. Can be reused over and over again or hand it down to someone else who is having a ninth birthday. It is excellent and would recommend purchasing this for the price and also for the quality.
