Mild but tasty
I eat Ramen a lot and love Miso soup and or broth. This larger container will keep me happy for a long time. I use it with a nice dashi stock as well for added flavour and goodness. This soy-based miso seems milder than the more common Miso paste I find in supermarkets which is a good thing.

Mi-so good
A great miso paste for soups, gravies and just about anything else you need to add a salty, Unami flavour too. Strength wise its medium so be aware, you can over do it. Plastic tub is typical of Japanese imports, so watch out the lid is flimsy.

Lovely rich taste
We love making chicken ginger noodle soup with miso and teriyaki. This works really well for this, and adds a lovely rich flavour. Lasts ages, and very good value.
