Buy if you hate comfort.
These are horrible. They do fit into the cpap headpiece, but that's where the "positive" points end. The plastic part that touches your actual nose is supposed to be made from very soft lightweight silicone. Instead, the texture reminds me of a cross between a rubbery snorkel mask and that hard thin plastic they use for Barbie packaging. It's uncomfortable to say the least. It *looks* the same as the kind from the ResMed manufacturer, but don't be deceived. It's more garbage for the landfill.

They irritate my nose just like the brand names do. Seem to be real durable. And seal well.

Sort of like the real ones
These are somewhat close to the real ones but fit a bit smaller and need to be worn tighter. For me, a bit too tight. If the real ones weren't so expensive I would have returned these. But, the real ones are too expensive.
