Milk Tip and More Energy
Energy- I was taking ALA in pill form and then my doctor recommended this. It works. I can tell a difference in my energy level which I had not really noticed with the pills.The Taste- mix it with another liquid to take the flavor away. I mix mine with a tall glass of oat milk and have been fine.Tummy trouble- I had a reaction to it the first times I tried it and gave up because of the heartburn pain I got from it. Then a friend told me to try it with milk. Like I said above, I now take it with a tall glass of oat milk and have not had a problem.

Tastes horrible!
I am surprised more people aren’t leaving bad reviews. This product is not palatable AT ALL. I forced myself to chug it down for a couple of days even though it creates a gag reflex, and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I tried to return it and IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. Save yourself $45 and find a different product.

Horrible Taste
I am taking it to see if it will help... day 2. Idk if I can get past the taste... the taste stays on your palette for a long time afterwards as well. I even tried to mask it and taste over powers all else.I will be looking for another liquid

Horrible taste.. really, very horrible.
I have ordered a lot of liposomal liquid supplements, and one way or another, the taste is managed to be either actually good, or easily tolerable, I ususlly blend everying in with my morning coffee, or with some vegetable / fruit juice combo.But, this stuff is the most horrible tasting supplement ever. I'm trying to figure out how i can doctor it ups so i can actually use it.Any suggestions are welcome. I will post this identical review for the other supplement i just ordered, because it is equally as horrible.

It works! Easy to adjust dosage and highly bio-available. Mix with Coconut Water for better taste!
I find this product to be much more bio-available than capsules. I have replaced my morning coffee with this product. I find that I have sustained energy and focus throughout my day. It's like my mitochondria are jumping up and down and giving me "fist bumps"!I found the taste rather unpalatable so I tried mixing it with various juices. Coconut water is by far the best: For me, it completely masks the taste. The weird thing is that after using this product for about a month, I ran out of the coconut water one day. I mixed it into a cup of very cold plain spring water and it didn't taste bad at all! Maybe it's an aquired taste, or maybe my body is just so happy that it overides the taste?
