USDA Organic Vitamin B-Complex 20000mcg - B5, B12, B1, B6, B7, B9, B3 - 2Oz

Seems to work very well. I have low B vitamins from my blood work and gummies weren't cutting it. Taste is not great, but for how it works, it's worth it. It's vitamin B and it tastes and smells like it. I put my bottle in an air tight container because I couldn't handle smelling it through my kitchen cupboard. I will order it again because I feel the difference.

I am always deficient in Vitamin B on my blood work so my doctor recommended i start daily supplements. I think doing this liquid is more effective than a pill. I take it right when I wake up in the morning under my tongue. Flavor is so so, but I think this brand is quality and when doing my research it has more complex vitamin B than other products.

UPDATE: I originally rated the product one star. I am also frugal when it comes to spending on supplements and requesting and receiving a refund on this item. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away despite my original complaint of the odor being so strong. The seller was responsive and quick, btw. So, I kept the bottle and decided to pinch my nose while taking these *organic* drops. *It can be difficult finding organic anything at a reasonable price.* Well these drops seem to work; I feel more energetic and sharper minded, more alert or awake after taking them. The trick for me getting over the odor wasn't to pinch my nose, but was to shake the bottle more vigorously before dispensing and holding my breath a little longer while letting the drops sit sublingual-y for several seconds more than usual. The taste and odor weren't as bad doing this; contrarily, the flavor tasted more like chocolate-raspberry, and sweet. I can't say though how my breath smelled--you'll have to ask my husband. In essence, I did receive this bottle for free since the seller refunded my original purchase, but I'm willing to have that refund reversed since the product has produced results after I take them. ********************* The taste, texture (unusual thickness) and odor (smells like a plant fertilizer) of this Vit B Complex are disgusting. With the scent + taste, I just about gagged after dropping it under my tongue. Unfortunately, this product isn't returnable. I should have read the one- and two-star reviews before purchasing; shame on me. I will be purchasing my past sublingual Vit B product.

Nice b vitamin supplement. It has an easy to use dropper. Taste is not bad. Worth the price.

I had quite a bad B12 deficiency and started taking B12 pills, but they did not work for me. I then tried this product and might be 12 levels shot up. My body feels so much better, it took away all the symptoms of a B12 deficiency. The smell and the taste of the product is quite strong, but you get used to it after a while and it certainly works well.

so far this liquid B complex is mild and works with no gut issues. I do notice a slight bit of increase energy with out feeling like I took too much which regular B complex pills will do to me. Im hoping this will help increase my B12 and others when I get my blood tests. Due to being on Levothyroxine over many years, my B12 is lower, always chipping nails that is hard to correct. I will get back on future results. But glad to have the increase energy and feel good .

Pros: I think it works? I bought this to have more energy and mental clarity and it helps (with consistent use) brain fog. It's reasonably priced, easy to use and you only have to take 1mL of liquid under the tongue daily, holding it without swallowing for 30 seconds. That said... Cons: This stuff smells terrible, like once you open the package find a resealable bag to place it into because it literally smells up the space. It also tastes horrendous and the AFTERTASTE goodness gracious the taste just lingers forever and nothing takes the taste away (I've tried water, energy drinks, soda, juices....nothing works) and it just stays in the mouth forever. My husband tried it one time and he said it was the worst thing he's ever consumed. We've both tried Malort and this is on the same list as Malort as tastes that linger forever and a day. Except Malort is bitter; this B12 stuff is overly sweet with the stevia. DO NOT DILUTE IT IN A DRINK otherwise it will take longer to consume. TRY IT.
