Amazing display and great keyboard but one slight problem
Finally a colour graphing calculator! Like London buses you wait ages for one to arrive and then another comes along. Casio Prizm soon to be in competition with Texas Tinspire colour graphing calculator which will have version with CAS option. As regards the Casio Prizm amazing display compared to grayscale calculators of old and great keyboard. Functionally similar to other Casio graphing calculators. Slight problem is that calculator I was sent had blue casing and label 'school property' emblazoned on it. Looks like it was designed for high school market in US. Not sure about validity of warranty in UK so I had to return it to Amazon. Looking forward to release of bonafide UK model. Discovered afterwards that the Prizm in the Europe will be marketed under the label FX-CG20. I would recommend being careful before handing over the money.

Once you have tried black you never go back!
This item is the American "School Property" version! This means that, while the calculator is functionally identical to the non-school version, the back casing is blue and the calculator has SCHOOL PROPERTY written on the front. There are possibly warrranty issues too; as the, soon to be leased, European version will be labled fx-CG 20.This is not a cheap item so the warranty if not available could hurt. The fact that this is a school version was not mentioned in the description I will therefore be returning it to Amazon and awaiting the offical UK release. That said the display is truly amazing, and Casio have themselves a winner here. Doesn't appear to do recurring decimals though which is strange as Casio's fx-83GT PLUS does!
