Haven’t soaked it yet but looking forward to the cooling in the hot weather we are having. Very nice looking hat. A little expensive but worth it.

I really like this hat. It fits well, and retains its shape even after soaking it, it does a great job of cooling your head once you have soaked it. It definitely offers protection from the sun too.

My Aussie hat arrived with the brim of one side looking like a cowboy hat and the other brim being flatter and like an Aussie hat. I have tried bending it to look like the other side but to no avail. I tried soaking but the shape returns. Aside from the bent brin, I would give it a five star review.

My husband bought this hat for sun protection. It really came handy in Europe during the Summer months. The hat kept him cool as he wet and wore it while he took walks. It is very durable and fits well. He got many compliments on the hat. If it wrinkled in the luggage, all he had to do was wet it and it returned to its original shape.

I was sceptical as to the accuracy of all the promises they make with regards to this hat. I shouldn’t have been! It delivers 100% on all of them.I dropped my hat at the airport and 2 people stood on it. It was easily popped back into shape with very little effort. Most marks wiped of easily. With 2 needing a damp cloth and no real effort. We are on vacation now with high humidity and temps in high 90s F. This hat amazingly keeps you cool without dunking it in water. Our 1st day I wore it dry all day and it worked perfectly. But yesterday I dunked it in the water and it took cooling to the next dimension. Looking at it this morning it looks just like it did when it arrived in the box.Excellent value for money.I will definitely be buying more of your products and if you ever want any testing let me know as I feel sure they will all be excellent.
