I order 2 sizes up and become bigger but the material is Amazing same the originals Hermes

I’ve been looking for a nice, cognac leather sandal. Love these by Steve Madden. The quality is great. I sized up 1/2 a size and my heel has a perfect amount of space at the back. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the stiffness of the leather right out of the box. If you have shoe stretchers, then these are perfect right after stretching the top part out. If you don’t, I would not recommend getting them. They rub and pinch way too much to be able to tolerate breaking them in naturally.

I ordered these first in 6.5. They came in a box. They were too small and I returned them and went half a size up. This time the sandals came without a box, which is really disappointing since they were protected by nothing in the parcel. No shoe box, no bubble wrap, nothing. I really like the sandals (they are gorgeous) and this size fits me, but there are some damages on the sides of the sandals, maybe it happened during shipping. Will keep this pair as the leather part isn’t damaged, but I don’t understand why the item would be shipped this way, so I am giving it 4 stars due to this and the damages. Haven’t worn them out yet, so I don’t know how comfortable they will be, but they feel alright when I tried them on.

I just opened mine. I Love the color. They have a little bit of a nice cushion and tread on the bottom. More so then a pair of Hermes sandals I have, which doesn’t have any cushion or tread. These will go with many outfits. I am exchanging mine for a 1/2 size larger. These are true to size but I flip flop from 8.5 to 9 ( I am closer to a true 9) and my heel just overlays the back by a little so I would not size down in these. But I’m really happy with this purchase.

Very pretty, good material, beautiful color and super combinable. I waited a long time to receive them and I was disappointed that they run small, they didn't work for me😭. I'm going to order them 1/2 number bigger, I hope I'm lucky because I'm 6.5 in Steve Madde, however, this model is too small for me.
