Another amazing deluxe boxset released by Prince's estate
This boxset is expensive but worth it - it is extremely well put together. Every element has been thought about - even the packing box is Prince branded with the D&P pearls. The pressings are superb - the original studio album has been remastered. The real gems are the vault tracks - there are some amazing tracks and the Darkside gives a unique insight into Prince in his studio making new music. The book is full of amazing stories and pictures. This set is a must for all Prince fans.

A great boxset. Not Prince’s best era in my opinion but it’s from the time when I was discovering his music still.Vault tracks are really good. The gig is fantastic.One negative point is that the vinyl box sets no longer include a download card. I questioned the Prince store on this. It’s pretty poor that on spending the premium price for a vinyl set to not get a download card.

Great Stuff here but no Digital copy and no Atmos - At THIS price?!?
For a £300 price tag this set is somewhat lacking.It's got some great vault stuff there but I feel the marketing is somewhat misleading. This is advertised as an LPs and Blu-Ray set - As such I was expecting the HD and Atmos audio for the album - This is not what you get. The included BluRay contains a concert and the Diamonds & Pearls music videos. This is great, but not what I'd expected, meaning shelling out another £30 to get the Atmos mix - this is a bit much really.To top it all off, this is the first of the Super Deluxes that hasn't either come with a download code or Amazon Autorip so... no digital copy for the car either. So what, I'm expected to shell out another £150 for the CD version for that?!?This is a bit much.I love Prince, but I'm not sure I'll be buying another one of these. The missing Atmos mix was annoying but understandable, the lack of a download code or any way of obtaining a viable digital copy for such an expensive set is unforgivable IMO.
