Very nervous pigeons
With a bit of adjustment, this does the job. We put some very light plastic hose over the string between the swivel and the kite and it really stops it tangling up. The pigeons are very nervous of the bird and seem to visit us less.

A big joke for all the local birds
This has to be the worst bit of rubbish that I have ever bought. A handyman fitted it up for me and he wondered how long it would last. One hour to be precise and then the whole thing collapsed at the first gust of wind. I gathered it up and took it to the local tip the next day.Incidentally, while it was up in the air, all the usual birds were quite happy to still come into my garden and the rooks which I so badly wanted to keep out just ignored it and came to reek havoc as usual.

Working a treat so far
The media could not be loaded. Had 6 pigeons making home in the overgrown neighbours’ trees around my garden. Enormous amount of associated droppings on my velux and patio. Was a real problem last year. They have been starting to nest in my garden again this year. Day 3 of the kite, and they have found somewhere else to perch and nest, so I’m very happy. Depends how long they believe it for but if it means they relocate their nests this season, I’m delighted.

Delivery problem
The product was what was expectedThe delivery was left behind gate and not delivered to door as per instructions. Perhaps the driver couldn’t be botheredShame this driver has let down the other drivers who provided excellent services.

Good when it is working but has a design fault.
This has a number of issues. It gets snagged on the eye and the string rolls up on the pole. This happened several times and dismantling it is time consuming. Also the pole snapped when it was brought down to repair. When it is working it is actually good but unfortunately overall a waste of money. It would be better for if the eye was on a roller so this cannot happen.

Kite Runner!
A week into it, the Magpies flew away immediately, chanced it in the mornings and have disappeared for good. It’s also very therapeutic to watch from the window.

Scarer
Needed this to scare the pigeons from our roof, it works great, quality is good had been battered by the strong winds and snow we've had, some of the edging has come loose but doesn't affect it.

Pigeons just pooped on it and moved on with life.
The pigeons were scared for about 20 minutes. Then they pooped on it and moved on with life. Did not work for me.
