Good quality
To large for me. If it's your first cup get the smaller one. I have a heavy flow so I purchased the larger one. I am too small and even though I have a heavy flow need the smaller cup.

Oval shaped
I have been struggling to find the right disc. Found many available to me in Canada to be too large. This disc is smaller at 65mm. Found the rim to be a little soft which made insertion a little difficult. Once inserted was able to stick it up by my pelvic bone. Was able to pass urine with no concerns and did not feel the disc while it was inserted. Removal was easy even without the removal aid. This disc may have been too small for me or I did not insert it properly as I still leaked. Will try again at my next period. Would give it a 3/5 due to the softer rim. I prefer more rigidity to assist with inserting.

New to menstrual cups/discs and I'm OBSESSED!
I just finished my first period while using this and I'm honestly shocked at how much I love it! I had heard friends rave about menstrual cups years ago and was adamantly against the concept – just seemed way too gross and precarious. I finally decided to give in and try it once I saw the statistic that 90% of women who try menstrual discs don't go back to tampons. I love this so much I texted my best friend to tell her about it. I figured what better way to convey my feelings about this product than to copy and paste my message to her:"I’m on day 2 and I hate to admit it because I was so against the concept but I’m kind of obsessed. It’s amazing so far! It's way less gross than I expected! The disc is actually super easy to put in and the one I got has a tab to make it easy to pull out. You only have to deal with it every 12 hours, so I just do it before getting my son in the morning and then once he’s down and then again in the morning. Basically makes you forget about your period and you don’t feel it at all."Some more thoughts I've had since I texted her are:- It makes travel much easier as I'd always carry a stuffed quart-sized bag with different absorbency levels that I'd try to predict in advance. Not only did this take up extra room in my suitcase but there's always the fear of running out. With this disc, there's only one small thing to pack and it works no matter the flow level!- I've been consistent about cleaning out the disc every 12 hours and have yet to experience a leak, even while sleeping! The disc has also never been close to full, so those with heavy periods shouldn't worry!- From what I've read, it's not good to store the disc in a plastic bag, so I bought a cotton bag- The tab makes it super easy to remove without spilling, which was something I was worried about- The first day I got so much blood on my hands I could have been convicted of murder, but after day one I figured out if you gently pull the tab it comes right out without making a mess- If you're in a public restroom where you can't rinse/wash it in the sink, you can wipe it with toilet paper or I've seen collapsible wash cups for sale (but with only needing to be dealt with every 12 hours that is pretty easy to avoid)- It is very easy to put in and I find it easier to insert than a tampon without an applicator, which I despise using.- It is obviously much better for the environment and your wallet- The first time I put it in I was worried it wasn't in right and would leak, but I haven't found that to be a valid concern.- I've heard people prefer menstrual discs to the cups, so I'm really glad I started with this one!

Comfortable and did not have any leakage
I am 40 years old and have had 2 children. My periods now are very light. At my age, i have used tons of period products, but this is the first cup I have tried. I found the cup to be comfortable and easy to use. I didn't have any leakage and removal was not as messy as i thought it would be. The best part about this and similar products is less environmental impact and because it is reusable, periods are cost less. I will continue using and will buy for my daughter when she is comfortable using insertable feminine products. She is only 13 and is not ready to use a product like this.

Holy Moly! This thing is HUGE!
I have been using the intima collapsible cup in small. I had been wanting a disk because the collapsible one be...collapsing when I don't want it to...if you know what I mean. I purchased this one in small thinking it would be a good choice and it had the type of retrieval hook-thing that I wanted. Wow, it is really large though! Not at all what I expected. It is also really thin on the bottom to the point where it is almost crinkly. Which maybe that is a good thing? I'm not sure. The outer rim is very thick though, which makes it even harder for me to shove it up there. I personally have had one child by cesarean. I'm shaped deep but narrow? I guess? Idk, maybe I need better understanding of the language around all this. I figured between 'high' and 'low' I would be high, but apparently high means needing a large? But idk, if the small is large...but the other small was fine...I don't know. I think the language around all this stuff needs to be far more plain and straight forward. Trying to swerve around certain words when describing makes things really confusing. So, from my experience so far? This is not true to size and seems overly stiff in some places and super thin in others. I'll have to keep searching. There was also no pouch like in the photo.

So convenient!
This review is for the Small Blue Disc from Mascoto.I switched to discs a few months ago, and I wish I’d switched much earlier. The difference is night and day! Basically, put it in and forget about it. Less worrying, less money spent each month, etc.I tried cups years ago but hated the suction. Discs stay in place by their position inside the body, so there’s no suction when it’s time to remove. It does take some practice to find that position for you; I recommend inserting in the shower the first few times.Discs are self-emptying when you use the restroom, so you can leave them in up to 12 hours. And then all you have to do is empty, wash, put it back in, and you’re good for another 12 hours. This small disc holds up to 36ml. “Small” is somewhat relative, I have a small Pixie Disc that fits inside the Mascoto disc because it’s half the size. The disc is flexible silicone; once it’s in place, you can’t feel it. I like the loop for removal, it’s easy to grab.To sterilize the disc before the first use, I boiled it for 5 minutes. I do the same after I’m done using it, and then it’s ready to use for the next month.I do wish the disc came with a pouch for storage.
