Easy set up with clear instructions. Plugged it in and set to personal taste and within 5 minutes the room was already cooling down. Outside was 28 degrees and inside it was already cooling. It was noisy to start with in high fan mode but when set in a slower mode, the noise is easily tolerable for the benefit of a lovely cool room. I would highly recommend this. It is also very sturdy and robust. I'm yet to rest the dehumidifier on the machine but that will come in time. But for an air conditioning unit, it does exactly what it says on the tin!

I bought this aircon with a hope this lastMe long and not Just 1 season and haven’t had the opportunity to use it . I however have tested this and it does work well in cooling the air . I will update with time as to how it performs when it is really hot weather . ForNow I can’t fault it and features are great .Update :: Hot weather is here and this has been a saviour . Cooling is good but noise levels are a bit high which Is with most aircon.Few Things that could be improved :: LED light from the control panel is way too bright and i have to place an opaque object to cut that out . There is no auto /remote controlled swivel of the cold air vent and if you wish the air to blow around the room . Now relying on physics of cold air sinks and hot air rises and have it permanently facing up though one can manually move it .

I purchased this model after having to return their cheaper S-95 model which was faulty. I was so impressed with their Customer Service and the efficient way they dealt with this return, I decided to buy this more expensive model from them. It has been working beautifully and, being much more powerful than the S-95, is better value for money in my view. I have purchased a hose extension kit so that I can vent it through my conservatory sliding doors with the unit itself standing inside my dining room. With the downstairs internal doors left open, the unit is powerful enough at 1000 BTU to circulate the cooled air throughout the ground floor of my house. The noise level is not too bad and only really noticeable if you happen to be in the same room. It is very easy to use with the remote control and can be put on timer to get the best economy of use. I am sure my elderly dog, as well a me, will certainly appreciate this purchase if we get the same sort of temperatures this year as we did last year. I don't think we will have long to wait somehow!

The unit arrived quickly and was easy to set up, unfortunately it does not cool even a small room below 24 degrees. We set this up in our living room and tried it out on a day when the outside temperature was 27 degrees, we sealed the window gap for the heat extractor and set it to 15, after 5 or 6 hour the temperature had come down to 24 but then stopped. The room is not in direct sunlight and we even closed the curtain but to no avail. It has made me realise why Avalla has a no returns policy because no one in their right mind would keep one of these units at this price. Would definitely recommend avoiding this particular unit and if it has one of the highest BTUs it would suggest their other products are just as bad. Over a complete waste of money and will certainly never take the chance of buying anything from them again.

Bought this just over a month or so ago, used it a couple of times in the air conditioning mode during the last few days of the hot spell. It was set up in the bedroom and quickly cooled the room down. At first I thought it was a bit louder than I expected, but after a while you get use to it. ( I think it would probably be better to run the unit with the door shut for a hour or so to cool the room down and turn off just before you go to bed).Having said that it does have a sleep mode, I haven't used this yet so can not comment on that at the moment.The unit is fairly easy to move about, I have it on a piece on MDF to stop the wheels marking the carpet.The de-humidifier mode is also very effective.It appears to be well made and not obtrusive when tucked in a corner if not in use.All in all I am pleased with this purchase.

The product is great! Helps a lot on a hot day and doesn’t take too long to cool down the house. We have bought one to try it out and we may not be buying another one as one A/C unit seems to be sufficient enough😎 it’s a bit louder than a fan, so you can’t really stick it by the bed but if put on the landing or somewhere further away it shouldn’t be too bad (we are not using it at night though).That’s one of the strongest A/C units we had found and we are really happy with it!Highly recommended! 🤩

This unit is absolutely spot on, it says 10000BTU and it delivers it ! Some other makes claim similar numbers but this really does it, pretty quiet too, I've measured it at less than 60db on full fan. Cools all of my apartment (375 square feet or so). Typical of modern apartments and latent heat capacity they don't easily cool. Before this unit I was seeing 86F + most of the day and night - unbearable 🥵. Now with this single unit cooling easily to 70F 🆒 for all the apartment - that's impressive !!! Great value for money and excellent build quality and good instructions and support - absolutely faultless 🙂
