A mixed review
Like other reviewers I found that when this mascara arrived it had dried up and was totally useless. However, once I had put the mascara in a mug of hot water for a short while, it soon loosened up to become usable again. A week later the mascara is still loose and is actually a very good mascara. It doesn’t clump and is perfectly buildable to produce a long lasting effect.

No irritation.
I have very sensitive eyes …. but this mascara did not irritate whatsoever. Nice colour. Did not smudge.

Fantastic blue mascara
I spent years searching for a decent blue mascara and the majority fell very short. I love this one! It is a lot lighter than most and quite striking. The first one I bought lasted a year and I wore it almost every day. It is waterproof too, which is a huge bonus! Well worth the money.

NOT waterproof, panda eyes from normal wear
Really REALLY NOT waterproof - within 30minutes AT HOME, no water, just normal day... it is smudged under the eye - big black marks (like a panda) just from normal wear - not even exposed to water....

Not the typical Mavala quality
I’m a huge fan of Mavala nail products and all the ones I’ve tried have been amazing quality and worth their high price tag. I was looking for a new waterproof mascara and when I saw this one by Mavala I was very excited and ordered it straight away. First impressions were very positive and I liked the applicator brush and the colour and consistency of the mascara. After having it on for four hours I thought I’d test the waterproofness (is that a word?) with some water on a tissue. Sadly the mascara wiped straight off (photo attached). So disappointed and feel this product is not in any way of the same quality as the Mavala nail products especially at the £10.50 price. I’ve raised a return to Amazon and hope this used mascara doesn’t end up in Amazon Warehouse!
