My memory function is above average. I found that taking these (as recommended) on a empty stomach with coffee in the morning turns my brain into a computer! I can recall things that I normally cannot like the names of actors in movies, song names, my dreams from the previous night, general vocabulary enhancement, and the list goes on! It's very effective for me. I feel like my brain is 25 years old again. Zero side effects and just freakishly cool. The level of acuity lasts all morning and into the day. Sometimes I take it twice a day if I have an afternoon or evening engagement where I want to be sharp and quick witted. This is an amazing supplement (at least for my brain chemistry).
