Items missing and one qalam was not smooth
I just bought the box recently, box says watch unboxing video. In video they gave sandpaper for keeping the qalam in shape. I did not receive that. Qalam are ok. Its an average product.

I have tried these traditional arabic bamboo qalams. these are pretty well and smooth in use. it is fully equipped box. but my suggestion is to increase the quantity of ink, or add one more bottle with different colors. thanks
