These work very well. I decided to upgrade this time around after looking at my Amazon order history and realizing I have purchased fly, waters about three times over the past five years. The traditional wire and plastic ones don’t last. These are different – – sturdy, thick wire handle, and heavy duty, leather swatter. Time will tell whether these will last, but so far so good. I also appreciate that the additional weight of the leather provides a seemingly faster response time when swatting. Initially I didn’t like the shorter handle, but it works well. Great product!!

Very heavy handle and the leather are great quality. I remember in the 70s and 80s our flyswatters lasted forever but the new ones with the plastic ends break so quickly after use. I got tired of buying new ones so often, so took a gamble on these and I highly recommend them! I have recommended them to everyone who sees them and one of my sons has alreadymade the purchase! I want to add that they wash up very well, too. My only con is that the handle is slightly shorter than standard swatters so it takes a little bit to get used to that.

These are the Mac daddy of fly swaters! I didn’t even know they made leather ones.The handle is twisted and sturdy.Im pretty sure I’ll never need to buy another one the rest of my life. And so glad this came in a two pack so we could put one in the kitchen and one in another room, all in all the great buy!

These are the best fly swats I’ve ever had! The handles aren’t a flimsy metal and the swat part is leather! Already cleared my house out of the pesky critters! Refreshing to get a quality product for a good price. Doesn’t happen that much anymore.

Heavy duty, super well made and should last a very long time. Best constructed fly swatter I have found. I would gladly give 5 stars with one exception, it's short length...needs length extended another 2-3 inches and it would be the last swatter I would ever buy. Occasionally, in addition to whooping on fly's, I need to actually dispatch a wasp or yellow jacket. I just don't want to get that close to 'em. As it is, the search goes on for the ultimate swatter.

Super sturdy head AND handle, just got it but I can tell just from inspecting it and using it a little bit that it will no doubt last for a *very* long time. The handle is super sturdy steel, and the head is super sturdy, bounce back, what feels like real leather.. and it seems like you can replace the leather heads, though the buttons are very difficult to un-button. However, that is fine. The heads do not move around randomly. This is much better than the telescope handle swatters. I'm sure I'll be able to use these for years (unless they get lost... which, in my house, it is easy for things to go missing, haha). I can't say much about the free traps with them but I'm sure the traps will be useful when we do use them, since, when we get flies, we get SO MANY, it drives you insane.10/10 would recommend, 10/10 would buy again.

These swatters live up to the sellers claims. Sturdy, sure killers. Leather pad is stiff but flexible. Handle is heavy duty. cleans easily. Best swatter I've had in a long time.

A big improvement over those cheap versions of fly swatters. Works well and easy to clean off. I use a Clorox wipe for this purpose. I keep it hanging on the side of my desk for when an unwelcome insect dares to invade my space.
