Original Review: We purchased this baby doll as a birthday gift for my 4 year old daughter on June 1st. About 3 weeks after purchasing this doll my daughter noticed that the middle finger of the dolls right hand was tearing at the knuckle and was about to come off. Unfortunately the finger did wind up coming all the way off. My husband was able to super glue this finger back on to a useable state, but cautioned my daughter to be very gentle with that finger when playing with her doll. We noticed this week that the same exact issue was happening to the pinky finger of the right hand of the baby doll as well. This finger has not come off yet but has a sizable split in it and could fall off in the future. My daughter does not play rough with this baby doll at all and has been extremely gentle with changing her outfits, feeding her, putting her in the crib, etc. and she is absolutely devastated that her new baby doll has not one, but two “broken” fingers. As a parent, I am extremely disappointed this this has happened twice and we have not even had this doll for 2 months yet. The quality of the doll otherwise is wonderful: very life like, beautiful eyes and eyelashes, attention to detail like her painted fingernails and hair are adorable. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the durability of the baby doll. My daughter loves this doll, but is really upset that she can no longer play with it because she is afraid another finger will wind up broken on her baby doll. Based on our experience with this doll, I would not recommend purchasing it unless you do not plan to have your child play with it.**Update** The seller contacted me the same day this review was posted. They took time to address and correct the issue. Seller was very sympathetic and apologized about the quality of the doll we received. Best of all, they offered to send my daughter a brand new baby doll, with expedited shipping! Fantastic customer service! We received the doll 2 days after talking with the seller. My daughter is absolutely THRILLED!! I appreciate the seller taking the time to fix this issue. You have made my daughter so very happy! I am hoping the new baby doll holds up better than our previous one. Thank you AORI!

This is the second baby for this GrandWildling. She loves these baby’s. All together I have bought four of these dolls. Abigail, Abby, David and Jack Jack. They love the realistic features, the size and weight. They wear newborn clothes easily. The hair is easy to brush and these dolls have really taken the abuse from these wildlings. They carry them everywhere. They love them so much they have become members of the family. I have to buy birthday and Christmas gifts for them, for Pete’s sake! I bet this won’t be the last baby that we buy. The wildlings have already put requests in for their next birthdays.
