It is not USB-C... its micro USB. I dont know why their own shop lied.

If you don't call, the mic won't work. The mic cannot be muted during a call.

Q: I have bought these 2x and my microphone doesn’t work great people complain i sound muffled. also i’m down to one earbud tip. can i exchange?
