Great tub, very good value.
Love the look, love the price. There was an issue with the metal tub drain, but that is a replaceable part which I took care of. Make sure to test for leaks before final installation.

Leaked at drain from manufacture- return process is horrible!
The tub leaked at the fiberglass junction to metal drain opening. Horrible return process! Would not buy a tub online again.

Still some issues but very happy with purchase
We were performing a full master bathroom remodel. We did our due diligence and decided this freestanding tub would work well and be a good fit. The first tub arrived pretty banged up. Unfortunately all of the damage was concealed to where the foam wrapping was and it was not discovered until installation day. I emailed and called the manufacturer. They were horrible to work with and said it was Amazons problem. At first I was worried but I called Amazon customer service and they were very helpful. Surprisingly when you call about higher priced items you are transferred to a department that is unlike the normal amazon customer service and they were a pleasure to work with. The only issue (which was also an issue with the first tub) is that the drain fitting are stainless steel and not brushed nickel as described and ordered. Both tubs were like this.
