I brought these to help me walk in the woods and with hills. I have diabetic peripheral neuropathy and wasn’t keen on a stick. These are easy to put together. When secured they are sturdy. They look good, folding away nicely to fit in my bag.I would highly recommend these. Comfortable to use and great value for money. Using one on its own or both depending on how things are.Brilliant 🤩. Thank you.

These are excellent and small enough to carry travelling , either in your case or back pack. Really good written information about how to assemble and use them .I’d highly recommend these.

**UPDATE** 5/4/25After reading my first review TheFitLife company reached out to me regarding my faulty pole(unfortunately for me I had gone past the last date of return due to being away trekking for over 3wks).But despite this and without obligation on their part they have sent out a complete new set...The customer service I have experienced from this company has blown me away, they are so passionate about their product and customer satisfaction, they really do go the extra mile.Having used my first set as a single pole I can confirm that they are good quality, light & sturdy poles.I'm looking forward to use my replacement set when I climb Ben Nevis in the coming weeks.Thank you TheFitLife 🙂👍**Previous review**Unfortunately one of the poles broke before I had a chance to use them, the pop out button failed rendering my one pole useless...So disappointing, they looked like good quality poles on first inspection... Wish I'd tried them both out before we left for our trek...

Very solid secure poles with excellent variety of grip positions. The longer poles have a good adjustments for tall people but if you are 5 ft 9in. they are only just short enough for you and can't be adjusted down further , for example climbing steep mountain tracks. If you are shorter, and use poles for mountain trips you need to consider the small size option.

These are really great! Very nice feel to them, feel robust & are definately lighter than my old telescopic ones (&much more convenient to store on the pack).

Lovely poles good quality and comfortable to use. I use mine as a walking stick, because psychologically it makes it more acceptable for me as I used to love hiking, which I now find more difficult to do

The cord holding one of the poles together snapped after 10 weeks of use. Contacted TheFitLife customer service and they sent a new one straight away, great service.

These are great why pay a fortune when these are light, strong, reliable, and when somebody else broke my pole they were happy to send me a new set to replace it….will buy again when my wife needs to replace hers.
