Totally unreliable
Battery and charger worked for a while, then indicated "defective". Purchased new battery - still defective. Purchased new charger - "defective". Customer service at Hoover is basically non-existent - attempted to contact them over 10 times without response, although they promise to automatically return your call or email (nothing ever received). We are left with useless equipment that will probably end up in the trash.

This charger for my Hoover OnePwr battery worked perfectly. I have a couple extra batteries for my Hoover OnePwr cordess vacuum. This charger is perfect for ensuring that I have a full battery at all times. It was easy to get my battery on and off the charger and I had no problems. Very affordable option compared to the name brand charger.

Stopped working quick!
I’ve had this charger for my Hoover vacuum for only 3 months and it has stopped working. Won’t charge. Barely used it!
