Perfect wok, used weekly for two years and still going strong
I have tried many woks, including some from Amazon. They all start out great but over time things go wrong - non-stick coating comes off or just stops being non-stick being the main issues. So before going for a wok that requires seasoning I decided to give this one a try, and also wait before writing a review. So having used it quite frequently for six weeks, it is still the same as when it first arrived. Non stick still in place, all working fine. Heats up very quickly, although I am using a 3.3kw wok burner ... but still, much quicker than a standard frying pan. Meat flash-fries almost instantly, everything else perfect too.The wok itself is very sturdily built, and therefore a bit on the heavy side. Also as the handle is metal, I have found if I don't have the wok centred on the burner the handle can heat up, but that's easily solved by having the wok in the correct place on the gas hobIt does say dishwasher safe, but I wash it with warm/hot water only and pad dry with a towel. Hoping it stays like this for many stir-fries to come.>> UPDATE << It's been TWO YEARS and the wok is in the same condition I bought it in, completely non-stick. It has been used (and possibly abused) on a weekly basis, including cooking Vietnamese Caramel Ginger Chicken, a dish that had rendered one of my previous woks useless. Furthermore I now use it on a proper 7kw wok burner. So I would normally say "I would buy this again" ... except I won't need to.Cannot recommend this highly enough.>> UPDATE 2 (Jan 2017) << It's still with me, still as good as new. I cooked some Vietnamese orange chicken with lemongrass and posted some pictures.

Decent large wok
It's a very sturdy wok and I am happy with it in general with the exception of the two points below:1. It's quite heavy even when both hands are used on the handle. This makes it difficult use the wok the way it's intended.2. The inner surface is not curved all throughout as proper woks are expected to be and hence the heat distribution does go a bit awry. However, after using it for about a month, I can say that it's built to last and is worth the spend if the 2 points above are not deal-breakers. No regrets.

Fantastic large wok
This wok is great! It's very large and nicely weighty with a great non-stick coating - it allows me to easily make meals for the whole family without having to be really careful about spilling over the edge. I use this wok on an induction hob and it works perfectly - heating up very quickly and cooking food quickly and evenly. The handle of the wok feels very sturdy and I love the curved handle at the opposite side which makes it much easier to carry when full. As for cleaning - the non-stick coating is so good that so far I've not managed to weld any food to the pan at all(!), so it's extremely easy to wash. Although it is dishwasher safe I prefer not to put it through the dishwasher as it would take up most of the space and it's so easy to clean that I'd rather just give it a quick wash manually and not risk potentially damaging it in the machine.Overall I really like this wok and wish that I'd bought it years ago instead of struggling on with my old one. Recommended!
