Like Hollow Knight, but even better in every metric. If you liked that, you'll love this.As someone who played the classic 2D Prince of Persia in the 90s, I am thoroughly impressed. This game takes everything that made Prince of Persia great, and evolves it by several orders of magnitude.The platforming is hugely improved, and truly caters to players of all skill levels. Novice platformers can enable an assist feature that greatly reduces the platforming difficulty. On the other hand, if you think you're some kind of 80's platforming god, you can find devious, downright evil platforming levels that demand extreme levels of finger dexterity and precision.The combat is hugely improved. The protagonist now has a wide aresnal of offensive, defensive and movement options at his disposal. And they're not there just to look flashy. At higher difficulties the game WILL demand that you make full use of your aresnal, or meet an early demise.The game is very well polished, and feels like a premium product. Any developer looking to modernize a classic game should refer to this as a textbook example of how to do it.

I picked this up in the sale and was blown away. This is an excellent 2D Prince of Persia game that captures the spirit of the classic titles while feeling fresh and modern.The gameplay is smooth, the level design is clever, and the action is satisfying. It is a perfect mix of nostalgia and innovation, proving the franchise still has plenty of life left.If you are a fan of the original Prince of Persia games or just love a good 2D platformer, this is absolutely worth your time.

The game is great, the features that are in there do make the game far easier to get in to for those of us with less skill and/or disabilities that would usually hamper enjoyment.Would definitely recommend it, but I can see how these games aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.

Great side scrolling game. 11 year old son loves it and is something different to play than the usual FPS games. Good graphics, solid gameplay. Varying difficulties so suitable for all ages and skill
